Leamington Community Boxing aims to give the best coaching and care that we possibly can, from both our adult coaches and our volunteer young leaders. Recently, our team took part in a One-Day Emergency First Aid at Work Qualification. This has added to the ever-growing belt of skills that we use to take care of our members!
14 members of our team attended the course, 11 of whom were volunteer young coaches who are eager to supplement their skills and aid the coaching they give to their peers. We also have three England Boxing Coaches who partook on the day, which is a necessary addition to their England Boxing Coach Level 1.
We see our team as a family, and everyone really enjoyed learning and spending time together. A kind parent also brought pizza!
We are looking forward to putting everything we learnt into action in the classes coming up!
